We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once we have processed the refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
If you use PayPal, when we check, the return will be refunded to your account within 1 business day.
We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, contact service@sheyle.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

Please include your order number when emailing us about a return or exchange so we can quickly locate your order.

Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you; if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, Customized Items
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. You should pay the return delivery charge, which is non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
6. For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
Exchange Policy
Regarding the exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as those outlined in the Return Rule. Please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange, and we will ship your replacement item(s) within one week after your return parcel is received.
Cancel Policy
The first step is to send an email to service@sheyle.com with all the necessary information, stating that you wish to cancel your order.
We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Please wait for your package to arrive, and then you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a return/exchange. You will have to be responsible for the postage required to send the original item to our collection warehouse. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you after we confirm the receipt of the order at our collection warehouse.
