1. Send an e-mail to service@sheyle.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Please inform us of your order number when emailing us for a return or an exchange so we can quickly find your order information.
2. Follow up on the instructions we sent in the email.
3.Arrange your package at the local post office.(we not offer return label,you need pay return shipping fee),suggest use cheapest method to return
4, send us the return tracking number. ( must), just every day, our center has many packages,if they are not tracking numbers can not check your package in time
5. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or refund to you.
6. If you need to return more than 3 items(including 3 ) we'll charge 10% handling from your total amount of these returns
- EXCHANGE
The customer is liable for the return shipping costs unless an item has been received in error, is damaged, or is defective. Please get in touch with our customer service before returning any item(s) to us of this nature.
- RETURNS
Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned should the order be returned in full.
- Only items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees will not be credited.
- Please allow us 5-10 business days to process your returned item/s. We always aim to be faster!
- You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order. This isn't a shipping charge but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due to these charges will be liable for all costs of shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
