Return & Refund Policy

At Sheyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging are included
  • The item is not damaged by misuse

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, intimate wear, or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Used or washed products

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@sheyle.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
